Hello, my name is Tim and I am a Real Estate Investor/Wholesaler working for THREInvestments, and let me put your mind at ease, I am not a Realtor. Our company buys and resell single family homes. Some we buy and keep the rest we wholesale. If you have a home and need to sell it quickly we would like to make an offer on your property, but we want to preface that offer by sharing something with you.
We want to begin by reassuring you that we are ethical and honest people and are not trying to insult you by making a low offer but the offer will be lower than what you might have expected.
We understand that you are under no obligation to accept our offers, but do remember this we can close fast in this market, in most cases 14 - 30 days, were houses are so plentiful and banks are offering properties for half price and lower, for that reason often homes can sit unsold for months, even a year or longer.
Therefore when we make an offers, we do so with the understanding that some owners would rather sell immediately for a little less, than wait for "who knows how long" while continuing to pay for insurance, taxes, security, up keep & repairs to get a higher offer.
We will submit a offer on properties that fit our criteria AND because our offers are all lower than the asking price, we will do everything in our power to close very fast and for cash, in most cases, on any of our offers that get accepted.
